Shepherd Manor was a three-year phased renovation with full-building asbestos abatement carried out while the seniors' residence stayed occupied, safe and functional. The work is phased floor by floor with containment, air monitoring and communication coordinated with the operator.

How phased work is run

  • Containment and negative air for every abatement zone.
  • Resident and operator communication built into the schedule, not bolted on.
  • Life safety maintained on every floor at every stage.
