- Find the tender
Every tender Everstrong is pricing is listed with a live countdown to the due date. Set a calendar reminder in one tap.
- Request the documents
Enter your company and trade on the tender page. A personal Google Drive link arrives by email in about a minute — no account, no portal.
- Get every addendum
Each addendum is emailed to every plan taker as it's issued. Acknowledge all addenda on your price.
- Submit your price
Email [email protected] before the tender due time. Questions: 905-878-7295.
Each document link is personal to your company, so Everstrong can confirm every plan taker has the current documents and every addendum before prices come in. Please don't forward it — colleagues can request their own.

- HoldbackReleased as the Act and the contract provide, and passed down to sub-trades.
- Kept informedIf an owner or consultant is slow to pay, accounting tells you where your payment stands.
- Proper invoicesSubmit invoices to [email protected] with your subcontract number and the billing period.
- AdjudicationPayment disputes can go to the Ontario Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts (ODACC).
