About this project
The project
New elementary school including child care centre for Durham District School Board. Distinct from Maamawi iyaawag.
Part of a long record
Unnamed North Oshawa Public School (Greenhill/Clearbrook) is one of 11 projects Everstrong has delivered for Durham DSB; one of 2 projects with MC Architects Inc.; one of 8 Everstrong projects in Oshawa. Repeat owners and repeat architects are the clearest measure of how a contractor performs — they come back when the job went well.
How Everstrong works it
Owners, architects and sub-trades kept informed through the build — regular project updates, early flagging of issues, and a single point of contact from mobilization to project close out.
